Refund policy
We have a strict no-returns policy unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is an issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.
Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us at on the website where you can contact us as soon as possible. To process your return, you’ll need to provide proof of the defect or damage (e.g., photos) along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any reason other than defective or damaged item
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return for a damaged or defective item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
